Who's painted their guns?

I am going to paint different parts of my 590 but with my horrible past experience (trying to spray paint other household items lol) i dont know if thats a good idea. Is there a specific paint for guns that i should use? A paint that wont melt or damage any of the gun's functions?

If you have a painted gun, post up a pic, I'd love to take a look and maybe get some ideas
 
I have never used anything but cheap krylon to date for some inpromtu camo. It worked but I can't say that the results or wear resistence were steller.

In the next week or so I will be painting my 835. I'll be using some Cerekote H. It's a bit more involed as it requires baking it to cure and set the finish.

Painting a gun is very EZ!
Just take your time with the prep and the application.
 
It's not a shotgun but I used Krylon and wrap to do a Remington 742 that had seen better days. A good prep job makes the painting a breeze.
