yeah, I know.

Drink before, during, and after your workouts or outdoor activities. Weighing yourself before and after a run will give you an idea of how to adjust your pre-workout activities since you can only absorb something like 2 pints per hour of water.
 
I don't think many people realize just how much we sweat out during physical activity. When I used to mountain bike (15 years ago) I would suck down a 70 ounce camel back and still loose weight on a 10-20 mile ride.
 
In addition to just running the race I'm signed up to be a St. Jude Warrior.
